Initial Counselling Appointment:  £55 (60 minutes) or £90  (90 minutes)

Ongoing Scheduled Counselling:  £55 (60 minutes) (concessions considered)

Counselling & Hypnotherapy

Initial Consultation:  £90 for 90 minutes 

Ongoing Sessions:    £75 for 60 minutes 

Mindfulness:  Combined 1-1 Courses. 

(Therapy & Journaling  with Work Books + Audios)

Mindfulness in Daily Life - Inner Child Healing  - Shadow Work - Somatic Healing 

£75 Per 1.5  hours (weekly) 

(Whole Course - A block of 4 sessions £250)

Mindfulness & Art Therapy for Children (ages KS2 - KS4)

£40 (per child per 60 minutes).
