"Changing Patterns and Habits through Healing"

What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?
Counselling is a collaborative process designed to help individuals address specific concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life. I aim to work with you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping you gain insights and find practical solutions & emotions to your challenges. My goal in counselling is to empower you with the tools and support your need to overcome obstacles and work through some of the difficulties that are holding you back. It may be that Psychotherapy is what you discover you need.
Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, goes beyond addressing immediate concerns to explore deeper psychological patterns and unconscious processes. I can offer various therapeutic & psychodynamic approaches to help you understand and resolve complex emotional and mental health issues. Through psychotherapy, you can gain profound insights, heal from past traumas, and achieve lasting change. Psychotherapy aims to foster long-term growth and well-being by addressing the root causes of your concerns and promoting a deeper understanding of yourself.
Counselling & Psychotherapy is a fully-confidential service and is based most importantly on the supportive, trusting relationship between Counsellor and Client, helping the client who is the expert of themselves to work through some of the most difficult issues that limit growth, aspiration and deep self-understanding.

"We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know."
