Evening Gratitude Meditation
Being in the present moment increases self-awareness and helps to alleviate stress and mood changes. The present moment is all about letting go of past and future thoughts and focus on the here and now. It helps us to decrease not only stress but lowers our anxiety and depression. Being in the present, we learn to allow life to be as it is and not how we think it should be. Practising this meditation each day can benefit our overall sense of well-being, our relationships, our productiveness at work and we become aware of the joy of the moment.
